Rhythm Heaven is a location first introduced in Rhythm Heaven. It was revealed via the superb rating in Remix 10. It reappeared again later in Rhythm Heaven Fever in Remix 7's superb rating screen, and the credits of Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

Hole in One 2 also appears to take place outside of Rhythm Heaven, as the castle can be faintly seen in the distance during gameplay.

The minigame Donk-Donk also appears to take place outside of Rhythm Heaven, as the location is seen at the end of gameplay.
