To superb a game in Rhythm Heaven, the player must do successively well. It isn't necessary to perfect the mini game, but little to no mistakes must be made. Once a game is superbed, a medal will be earned. A number of medals can be collected to unlock subgames and rhythm toys. A game that has been superbed will give the player a chance to score a "perfect" on it during random play.
