Badges are what the player gets for completing certain tasks as introduced Rhythm Heaven: The Best Plus. Players can earn badges in many different ways, mostly via Rhythm Games.

- Clear the Forest Remix
- Clear Remixes 2 to 7 to activate the Rainbow Portal.
- Clear all of the Remixes
- Get a Superb on all of the Rhythm Games
Second Row
- Level the Goat in Goat Pachinko to Level 10
- Level the Goat in Goat Pachinko to Level 50
- Level the Goat in Goat Pachinko to Level 100
- Level the Goat in Goat Pachinko to Level 200
