Hole in One (ホールインワン 'Houruinwan?) is the first rhythm game played in Rhythm Heaven Fever, and it returns in the Lush Tower in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. The player takes control of a golfer who hits the golf balls thrown to him by Monkey and Mandrill. Its practice mode starts with the character monkey introducing the main concept of rhythm and demonstarting its importance within the game. The sequel, Hole in One 2, is unlocked later on. Getting a perfect on this game earns the gift "Golfing Lessons".

Hole in One is the 1st Rhythm Game of Stage 1 (1st overall) in Rhythm Heaven Fever and 3rd of Lush Tower (30th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

The arrange version, Hole in One 2, appears in Stage 9 in Rhythm Heaven Fever and Right-Hand Tower in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

The player takes control of a Golfer who hits the golf balls thrown to him by Monkey and Mandrill. Doing so correctly launches the golf balls across a lake and directly into the golf hole. Monkey makes a two-beat cue, throwing the golf ball on the second beat in which the player must hit on the third. Mandrill makes a four-beat cue, throwing the golf ball much more aggressively on the fourth beat which the player must hit at the same time.

Monkey and Mandrill throws golf balls toward the player, who must press A button to hit them at the right time to launch them across a lake and directly into the golf hole. Monkey makes a two-beat cue, throwing the golf ball on the second beat in which the player must hit on the third. Mandrill makes a four-beat cue, throwing the golf ball much more aggressively on the fourth beat which the player must hit at the same time.

In Megamix, the tutorial has been changed to be shorter rather than being longer like in the original. The background has been zoomed up a little to have Golfer, Monkey and Mandril be more closer.

During Practice, a whale sits in front of the island, with all the golf balls going into its spout rather than the hole. Since this is the first game in Rhythm Heaven Fever, has the monkey teaching the player about cues and rhythm in general. As this game is no longer the first in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, the practice is condensed to only the game's specific patterns.

*Hit: The player will hit the golf balls over to the island. Depending on how precise you hit it, the zoom bubble will show it either roll around the hole's edge and then fall in, fall right in the hole and clink on the sides, or land right next to the hole and zoom into it.

Trivia
Trivia
*This is one of the many games in the Rhythm Heaven franchise to feature Monkey. Examples from other games include Tap Trial and Fan Club.
*This is the only main Rhythm Game in Rhythm Heaven Fever whose Practice theme is not a chiptune rendition of its regular theme.
**Monkey's design in the game appears to be based off the monkeys from Tap Trial. This design is also the influence for the monkeys in Tambourine, Monkey Watch, and Exhibition Match.
**This is changed in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, where every game's Practice theme is designed this way.
* This is one of a few games from Rhythm Heaven Fever to have its tutorial changed, as in the original it was much longer while in Megamix it is shorter.
*Both Hole in One and Spaceball appear in the first remixes of their respective games and the first remix in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
