Rhythm Heaven consists of multiple golden buildings, with a large tower with a smiley face and two flags in the middle. The windows and the face of the tower are light blue. Palm trees and clouds surround the buildings, and a waterfall is on the left to them. It's also seen to be very sparkly.

Rhythm Heaven does not appear in Rhythm Heaven Megamix with its appearance in Hole in One 2 being replaced with 3 worm-like creatures and other games that included it being cut, but Heaven World could be seen as something of a successor.

Trivia
*Although the clouds seen in the epilogues are white, the ones seen around Rhythm Heaven in Hole in One 2, Donk-Donk and Lady Cupid are pink. Additionally, the latter two depictions are missing the waterfall and palm trees around the buildings.
*Unused dialogue in Mr. Upbeat mentions Rhythm Heaven.
