Rhythm Heaven Groove (リズムてんごく ミラクルスターズ?, Rhythm Tengoku: Miracle Stars)[2], also known as Rhythm Paradise Groove[3] in Europe, Rhythm Cheonguk: Miracle Stars (리듬천국 미라클 스타즈?, Rhythm Heaven: Miracle Stars) in South Korea[4] and 節奏天國 奇蹟之星[5][6] (Jiézòu Tiānguó: Gíjī Zhī Xīng?, Rhythm Heaven: Miracle Stars) in Taiwan and Hong Kong, is the upcoming long-awaited fifth game (fourth outside of Japan, and first in Taiwan and Hong Kong) in the Rhythm Heaven Series, set to release for the Nintendo Switch in 2026[1].

  • This is the first game to:
    • have voice acting for dialogue.
    • officially support a Dutch[7], Portuguese[8] and Traditional Chinese[5][6] translation.
    • be named Rhythm Cheonguk (리듬천국?, Rhythm Heaven) in South Korea, where the previous name was Rhythm Sesang (리듬 세상?, Rhythm World).
  • The icon for prompting the player to advance the text is an icon of a note with a face, somewhat resembling the Note from Rhythm Heaven. In previous titles, this was an Ⓐ or stylus icon depending on the input method.
