Remix 10 is the final remix in Rhythm Heaven Fever. It contains several games that are not in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

Notes
- The following games replace the missing ones:
- Shrimp Shuffle → Animal Acrobat
- Donk-Donk → Rhythm Rally
- Tambourine → First Contact

- Rhythm Test → Introduction
- Night Walk (Wii) → Night Walk (GBA)
- First Contact uses Second Contact's textures and sounds
- The Skill Star is located at the very last Packing Pests input.
- There's an option to include the original blue Karate Man textures (the one used in Megamix's Karate Man Kicks!)
Known Issues
- Launch Party's notes are incorrect. While the Remix 10 sequence still exists in the BCGRP file, they are inaccessible.
